Kenyan coffee is wet-processed, so the fruit is removed before drying, which creates a more intricate flavor profile compared to dry-processed coffee with the following characteristics:

Kenyan AA K-Cup Caffeine Content
Kenyan AA K-Cups have 75-100 mg of caffeine per serving, but it varies by the roaster and roast level. Thankfully, all Kenyan AA coffee is 100% Arabica, which means it has more flavor but less caffeine than Arabica-Robusta blends. The Green Mountain Kenyan AA K-Cup has more caffeine (around 100 mg) compared to the Fresh Roasted version (around 75 mg) mostly because it’s a medium roast. Usually, lighter roasts have more caffeine than darker roasts.
