Nescafe K-Cup Tasting Notes
Nescafe was founded in Switzerland in 1938. Today, they sell instant coffee in over 180 countries.
Their house blend, Americano, comes in standard and intense (Americano Intenso). The Americano K-Cup is a medium roast, light-bodied coffee characteristic of the 100% Arabica beans’ fruity aroma and floral flavor.
The Americano Intenso is Nescafe’s darkest roast. It’s strong and bold, with deep, caramel flavors.
Other Nescafe K-Cup varieties include the following:
- Dark Roast: Bold and lively, 100% Arabica beans. Dark chocolate and fresh licorice.
- Medium Roast: Bright and roasty with spicy aromas and jasmine taste made with100% Arabica beans.

- Latte Macchiato: Three-layered indulgence with hot frothed milk, smooth espresso, and milk froth topping. Brazilian/Columbian blend made with 100% Arabica coffee.
- Espresso Intenso: Arabica/Robusta blend with almond, and cherry aromas. Fruity with pink berry pepper undertones.
